Sources & attribution
We monitor official sources only. Below are the reuse basis and the access rules we follow for each one.
et.gr
https://search.et.grLicence and reuse basis
Government Gazette (FEK), National Printing House. The official publication of Greek law, freely accessible; no act is valid until it is published there. We follow series A (laws and presidential decrees), B (ministerial and other regulatory decisions) and D (planning). The series for appointments and staff changes are not followed.
Access rules
The site's robots.txt permits access. New issues are found through the site's public search by date, at most one request per second, and every document we read is kept unchanged.
eur-lex.europa.eu
https://eur-lex.europa.euLicence and reuse basis
EUR-Lex, © European Union. Reuse is authorised under Commission Decision 2011/833/EU, provided the source is acknowledged. EU regulations apply in Greece directly, without transposition.
Access rules
New acts and their Greek text come from Cellar, the public API of the EU Publications Office, one request every 10 seconds. The eur-lex.europa.eu website is not read automatically; it is where we link you for the full text.
dpa.gr
https://www.dpa.grLicence and reuse basis
Hellenic Data Protection Authority. Decisions and opinions of an independent constitutional authority, published for public information. We summarise them with attribution and a link to the Authority's own page, where the full reasoning stays. They are not published in the Government Gazette, which is why we follow them separately.
Access rules
New acts are found through the RSS feed the Authority publishes for this purpose, one request per act. Sections its robots.txt excludes are never visited.
eett.gr
https://www.eett.grLicence and reuse basis
Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT), the regulator for electronic communications and post. Its decisions are published for public information and bind providers directly. When a decision is also published in the Government Gazette, we keep the Gazette's text, so the same act never appears twice.
Access rules
The site's robots.txt permits access except to its administration pages. New decisions are found through the site's sitemap.xml, which is regenerated daily.
diavgeia.gov.gr
https://diavgeia.gov.grLicence and reuse basis
DIAVGEIA, where every public body posts its decisions (Law 4727/2020), with open data for reuse. We read only the regulatory and planning decisions of the municipalities and regions our customers follow, and of those only their details: subject, number, date, issuing body and ADA. Decisions about one person or one spot on a street are not stored.
Access rules
We use DIAVGEIA's official open-data API, which its robots.txt permits. The decision documents and pages are not downloaded; we link you to each decision's page for the full text. One request per body and decision type each morning.
espa.gr
https://www.espa.grLicence and reuse basis
espa.gr, the portal where every call of the ESPA 2021-2027 programmes, national and regional, is published. We read only the calls for businesses that are open or expected: who may apply, the submission window, the area, the budget, what is funded and the managing authority.
Access rules
We read only the list of calls and each call's page, which robots.txt allows. The RSS feed and the calls' documents are not downloaded; we link you to them. A call's eligible KAD are read instead from its managing authority's own site, where that site allows it (eydam.gr, 21-27.antagonistikotita.gr), at most once a week. One request every two seconds.
