LexAlia is sold only to companies, sole traders and other professionals, for their professional activity. We do not sell to private individuals (consumers).

Sign-up asks for the company's AFM and for confirmation that you act as a professional. The subscription and the invoice are always in the company's name.

VAT and invoicing

Prices are in euro, without VAT. Payment is handled by Paddle, the merchant of record, which issues the invoice and applies VAT as follows:

Business with a VAT number valid in VIES (EL number)
€5 a month or €50 a year. Reverse charge applies: the invoice carries no VAT.
Business or professional without a VAT number in VIES
Greek VAT of 24% is added: €6.20 a month or €62 a year.

The invoice is made out to the business: its name, AFM, VAT number (if any) and registered office, as recorded in GEMI or as you give them at checkout.

More than one company?

Write to us and we will send you a quote based on the number of companies.

Every business (AFM) can try Business free for 30 days, once: when the account opens or at any time after. At the end the account returns to Free by itself; nothing is charged automatically.
